Krewe de Kinque's 10th annual Bal Masque party was held a few days before Mardi Gras but the festivities were spirited in the tradition of New Orleans' French Quarter. Ginger Snap, left, and Art Sanchez were among the nearly 200 people who attended the February 9 party at the ARC in San Francisco, said organizer Gary Virginia.
