Actresses Lee Meriwether and Patty Duke share laugh backstage at the Palace of Fine Arts Monday, October 26 during the Defying Inequality concert that was a benefit for Marriage Equality USA and Garden State Equality in New Jersey. Duke is currently appearing in the San Francisco production of Wicked, and was joined by other cast members for the concert. MEUSA spokeswoman Molly McKay said that 600 people attended and gross receipts totaled $45,000.
