Elders, who was an outspoken cabinet member during the Bill Clinton administration on topics such as drug legalization, will deliver the keynote address Saturday, February 13.

Sullivan, a libertarian-minded cannabis legalization advocate, keynotes day two of the conference Sunday, February 14.

California industry experts and activists Debby Goldsberry, Dale Sky Jones, and Ed Rosenthal will present at the conference as well, according to a news release.

The ICBC will also have a congressional panel featuring progressive Democrat Representative Earl Blumenauer (Oregon) and Representative Dana Rohrabacher (R-California) that organizers bill as a “historic bipartisan panel unlike any formed before at a cannabis conference.”

Other panels Saturday include California regulations, legalization in California, Oregon and Colorado, an update on Canada, and an interview with Tommy Chong, of Cheech and Chong comedy fame who’s described as a “legendary stoner.”

Sunday discussions include emerging legal issues, how to pitch your “cannabiz,” cannabis around the world, and an entrepreneur panel.

The conference takes place at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, 5 Embarcadero Center. Tickets are $599 ($699 Friday, February 12 at midnight) and include a Saturday night VIP party with Chong, Rosenthal, Sullivan, and hip-hop legend Del the Funky Homosapien.
